This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint of a sort of Shantytown built into Starlight Drive-in, having just discovered effective methods of Industrialization, they now produce large quantities of Food, but replacing the tech for Weapons Factories, or even a Fireworks factory, has been made easy with the click of a button!
