About this mod

Inspired by Fallout 1's Junk Town, Rust town(Tenpines Bluff) is home to the Rust Lord, a former raider leader that turned scavver. The town was built as a place for Scavver's to rest, eat, sleep and not have to worry about raiders.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
There's a lot of mods used in this settlement but only a handful are actually required be sure to read the install notes!
*Requirements*

[All DLC]
[Transfer settlements](duh)
[USO] available only on beth.net :/ ( hear me out, its got a huge selection of ingame items paired with the season pass its definitely worth it, It's a big component of the settlement and it would take many mods to get as many settlement objects as this mod)
[Border Junk] Most, if not all buildings were made with this wonderful mod
[Raider Themed Workshop] Required mostly just for the treads on the Sandcrawler and motorcycles
[Clean and simple settlement startup] Absolutely needed, this mod gets rid of all the annoy undeletetable bushes and buildings in the settlement, you will have random bushes in the middle of town and lots weird landscape clipping.
[Not Your Average Neon] towns signs,(Raider fuck off, Rust town sign, Cartina cantina sign among other neon signs) not really required
[Settlement cap unlocker] not sure what the item limit is, but I am sure its less than the 1800+ items I placed.

FPS warning: You will most likely get a performance hit.
lower end PCs beware!
(my specs: Amd fx-6300, R9 270x, 8gb RAM)

*Optional*
These are mostly decoration mods or just mods listed in the blueprint but weren't used much in the settlement

[Gruffydds Signs and posters] NOTE: "Raiders Fuck off" uses one of these signs, can be easily replaced by a wood wall tho.
[Greebles and Decorations] Cranes and hanging cloth
[Craftable Greebles]
[Just Debris] Debris
[Settlement Object Expansion] mostly invisible light sources and a few red tarp covers and static miniguns
[Graffiti 2 Electric Boogaloo] Graffiti.
[Thematic and Practical] decorations and Medicinal Psycho store floating neon lights and some floating chem decoration will occur
[Sky High (Windmills Settlements)] only used this for the 3 windmill towers in the back of the settlement
[Homemaker] big fans around the settlement and windmills will disappear without this
[Woody's Wasteland Stuff]
[CREAtive Clutter] Whole lotta decorations
[Northland Diggers] resources benches
[Crimsonrider's unique Furniture]
[Wasteland Imports] 3 NCR flags and 1 sunset sarsaparilla machine
[DoitYourshelf] even more decorations
[Nuka World Shopper's Paradise] lots of general store and Gun doc decorations come from this mod.
[ArmorKeywords] 2 ammo benches not required but you probably already have this mod.
[IMP - Invisible Marker Pack] animation markers
[Skyscraper Building Pack] 2 decorations on the

*Installation Notes*
Before you start importing the settlement using Place Everywhere toggle "extra object selection" (insert key) and delete the things I've circled
1. The hill 2. ONLY the shack 3. remove the farming dirt patch too

There is 2 versions of Rust Town you can download:
Version A  Is Rust Town with no explosive cars in the back because when the settlement is being imported explodable cars have physics turned on and they spaz out and doesn't look right.

Version B
has the explodable cars but you need to go into building mode, turn off the cars physics (Place everywhere) and arrange them into the wall choose version A if you don't want to deal with the extra hassle.(pics below)

Misc Note:
I've built some areas outside of the settlement boundaries, Place Everywhere has a hotkey(F5) to turn off settlement timeout if you wish to edit/delete the Sandcrawler that I spent so much time and effort putting it together.

Let me know if you find anything weird in settlement, I did some testing and fixing before I released the settlement but I'm sure I've missed somethings.
