Settlement Location: Conquest Settlement. I chose the "Pegus" settlement for this one, although I don't believe it matters.

[Note]: Please be aware, you will have to rewire the settlement on your own, as Transfer Settlements currently does not transfer power line connections for settlements using the Conquest Mod. When this is updated and changed, I will also update this file to match. Thanks!

---IMPORTANT INSTALL INFO---
Make sure you rename the folder after it is downloaded into the right spot, the directory should go like this.
Fallout4 > Data > F4SE > Plugins > Transfersettlements > Blueprints
Inside the blueprints folder take the file you downloaded and rename the folder to "1, 2, 3," etc.
The settlement menu should then detect the file.

I've always been a fan of every Fallout game, and despite it's flaws there was always a special place in my heart for Fallout New Vegas.
I decided to bring a little piece of the New Vegas Strip to the Commonwealth by building my very own LUCKY 38 casino.
