---IMPORTANT INSTALL INFO---
Make sure you rename the folder after it is downloaded into the right spot, the directory should go like this.
Fallout4 > Data > F4SE > Plugins > Transfersettlements > Blueprints
Inside the blueprints folder take the file you downloaded and rename the folder to "1, 2, 3," etc.
The settlement menu should then detect the file.

This build was inspired by the late "Walled City" of Kowloon in China. The densely packed "Stacked" style creates a unique atmosphere.
I hope you enjoy it! I was told not every item will transfer. I tested this out and everything as far as I could see made it through.
Please feel free to post pictures and videos of the settlement in your game, I am interested to see what you all do with it!
