Easy Experience - Decrease required XP per level

Technically it is possible to reach level 50 but there aren't enough XP points (enemies, quests, etc.) in the game. So I decided to lower the required XP to gain a level and also added an additional specialization point (optional) and increased the amount of tactics fields.

Better and Evolving Companion Weapons

I altered the weapons of the companions to let them level with you. Additionally I gave them some passive stats so they can compete with items you can find later in the game. You'll no longer have to compare your new found items with those of your followers.
