Reduced sunny clouds, i always find it weird that sunny weather state has clouds despite weather states like light clouds to heavy clouds exists, now sunny looks clean and somewhat better imo, see last images for pics.... clouds will still happens if the weather state is not sunny

Volumetric fog tweaks. I put way too much saturation before, it is now set at 50 which is enough to create the subtle blue atmosphere, and the streetlights should be fixed

Night fog reduction, less darker and foggy nights,

Subtle blue tint for clear night weathers (mostly between 22:00 to 0:00)
Day time turbidity value tweaks
Added subtle light shafts / godrays from the moon during the night (noticeable on low rise buildings area / badlands)
Hopefully there is a way to use curve for bloom configuration, that way i can 98% replicate the E3 2019 Pre-Rendered Night City look by simply cranking the bloom only during nights.
Images order from mid day > night > sunset > screenshots taken with base version, graphics settings at mixed low & medium (some effects is enabled like ssr and clouds) it might look better with higher settings or with RT enabled lol
Really good alternative LUT to use together with NCLM : Nova LUT Then add ######## on file name, example: ########NovaLUT.archive, so that it overwrites NCLM LUT

Overhauled rain weather, now you can see much further without sacrificing the 'vibe'
100% Playable for normal gameplay, i have tested extensively and haven't found an interior that are way too dark/pitch black.
Based off from some of the best looking random images i found on the internet (and some of my past works on other games, if you know CGI RH then you know it)
Inspired by GTA 5 (specifically with NVE), NFS 2015 (night time on area with dominant yellow / white colors), Cyberpunk 2077 - 2013 Teaser & 2019 Cinematic Trailer (night time on area with dominant blue colors and colorful neons) and Witcher 3 (why tf they don't use it in CP77?)
