Similar to 1.8 but for non en-us localizations users (in miscellaneous files, for : de-de / fr-fr / it-it / es-es / kr-kr / ru-ru / zh-cn / pl-pl / pt-br localization) [ Localization = the audio you have choose when you have installed your game ! In game, it's the language spoken by the characters. It is not your interface or subtitle language, it's the audio language.]
I have remove all characters with your own language localization, and the files is convert for being compatible with your localization. BUT, It won't be optimal, it's just a conversion! That you will maybe have bugs that there are not in the EN-US CNC version.

This is the recommended version !
Translation effect on subtitles is now included (english is included in main file, other languages in optionnal patch).
About subtitles : if "Cinematic" are desactivated, you have sutitles only when there are translation effect ! If "Cinematic" are activated, you have subtitles all the time (in Option/Accessibility/Subtitles/Cinematic). You can choose your "subtitles"/"interface" language in Option/language.
All "know-issues" of "customable edition" are fixed (ie, misgendered masc V is fixed, dialogue length are 100% correct, and no more missing lines).
Customable edition is in the miscellaneous files, and is compatible with all localizations, just use the appropriate file (more information about localizations here).
Work with a "fomod" for vortex (it's a mod installer, essentially adds an installation menu, allowing users to choose what they want to install or not). So you can choose if you want Jackie speak spanish or english, if Viktor speaks german or english, etc. It's customizable !
There are some "know-issues" (Some lines skip or end too quickly at the conclusion, as if you were skipping them manually + Some NPCs address masc V using feminine pronouns/variants + There are some missing lines).
In Old files, you can find CNC for 1.63 Legacy patch users.
This edition is finished. I won't update it, I won't fix it, I won't improve it.
If you want more multilingual experience mods compatible with Cosmopolitan Night city :
With Polyglot V, V speaks his/her native language with most NPCs, but he/she sometimes speaks Japanese with some NPCs (WIP mod - Japanese part is WIP - Spanish part coming later).
With Change V's native language, you can choose a different language for your V (Brazilian, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish).
With "Trans V's multilingual voice, you can choose V's native language for transmasc and transfem V (=featuring MtF and FtM voices without misgendered)
If you want more, look at "Cosmopolitan Night city Expansion" mods by BONeill. You can find more multilingual NPCs mods, those requested by users but which I didn't want to add to "Cosmopolitan Night city".
About bugs and known issues: If you find any bug for "Enhanced edition" and/or "Lite edition", please report ! But if you encounter a bug with the "Customable edition", don't bother !!!
