- Similar to 1.8 but for non en-us localizations users (in miscellaneous files, for : de-de / fr-fr / it-it / es-es / kr-kr / ru-ru / zh-cn / pl-pl / pt-br localization)
[ Localization = the audio you have choose when you have installed your game ! In game, it's the language spoken by the characters. It is not your interface or subtitle language, it's the audio language.] - I have remove all characters with your own language localization, and the files is convert for being compatible with your localization.
BUT, It won't be optimal, it's just a conversion!
That you will maybe have bugs that there are not in the EN-US CNC version. - Add English NPCs : Adam Smasher, Dexter Deshawn, Mr Hands, Wilson, Angelica Whelan, Some civilians
- Without fomod but you can custom your install manualy, just delete some ".archive" you dont want (read "Manual Installation - Installation issues - Cosmopolitan Night city" in article section for more information)

- The #CNC0_MN_Chinese_some_tyger_claws.archive and #CNC0_MN_Korean_some_tyger_claws.archive and #CNC0_MN_Japanese_some_tyger_claws.archive files were merged into #CNC0_MN_Japanese_the_tyger_claws.
