If you are trying to install with a mod manager, I've gotten reports it doesn't know what to do with the files and am atm not sure how to fix it. To install the mod, just drag and drop the 'r6' folder from the mod into your game directory, its as simple as that. To uninstall, delete the mod folder from the same directory.
If you are updating from a version before 3.2, the following files are no longer present as of 3.3, so I highly recommend deleting them or the entire LEO folder before dragging in the new one: - archetypedata - random_passengers - v_standard2_villefort_cortes - v_standard3_chevalier_emperor The archetype edits have been instead added to the unit setups for the wanted system itself. The other three files honestly were very minor changes to the passengers that spawned inside these two vehicles in free roam, I felt the benefit of having the mod be more compatible with other mods outweighted those changes. I suggest you remove those 4 files or remove the LEO folder altogether before installing 3.3. It should still work fine for those who don't, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
As for compatibilities: - Enemies of Night City is compatible. LEO uses its own spawn presets different from vanilla so the two mods work nicely alongside eachother. Has been tested. - Cop Killer is compatible, same as above. - Night City Alive is compatible, conflicting files are no longer present in LEO as of version 3.3 - NCPD and MaxTac Spawn Tweak (District specific police behavior) is compatible with LEO. Useful if you wish to delay police reinforcements. - If you want to use this mod with Immersive Cyberpunk City, go into Immersive Cyberpunk City folder and look for "prevention_system.tweak" and delete it. This file makes sure NCPD units drop loot upon death, which LEO already does.
Were the maxtac flying avs removed or just made extremely rare? it would be nicer if they were added back/less rare because the flying avs could get to places where the other police cant and thats what made them so powerful, fought the police for 20 minutes and got 5 stars in city center and they couldnt get to me, and i wouldve had a actual challenge if maxtac flew in to my sniping position that the other cops couldnt get to. Otherwise great mod
I want to know this too! Maybe somebody can help with this. Combining this 2 mods seems great if possible. A long with "Enemies of Night City" and "Night City Alive" + the combined ini tweaks from "Realistic Traffic Density" ,"NC Ambient NPCs" and "Psycho Crowds and Traffic Improvements". Because all the 3 mods are changing different things and you can combine these using simply notpad++ and your brain.
+1 Not sure you can have both the sensitive prevention system with NCA and this mod. Think LEO takes precedence over the NCA optional file. I decided to try out LEO paired with the NCPD and Maxtac spawn tweak mod over the NCPDPPE mod and notice the NCA optional prevention file does not work with LEO and the other mod installed. Not sure which one specifically is overwriting it, but think it's LEO.
Edit: Not sure, but I also think the main NCA mod isn't working either now. Have no gangs in any vehicle. Will keep testing
Edit 2: It is indeed LEO preventing NCA from working for me.
I got NCA and LEO to work together. Not sure the steps in-between because I was just installing and uninstalling a couple mods at once, but reinstalling both mods two times seemed to have fixed the issue. Why twice? Idk, but that's what did it.
How do I decrease the wanted timer? At 4 stars wanted level it took like 3 minutes of afk'ing in a hiding spot for it to go away which is really boring
+1 At first I liked the Idea but it makes the waiting really really boring. Maye they should find you easier when you are hiding, but still loose you fast when they cant find you
Open 'preventiondata' with a text editor. Look for 'float stateBlinkingStarTime ='. There is a few results, one for each star. At 5 stars for example its 150, which is two and a half minutes. Just change the values to anything you like in seconds.
Yeah im getting this too. Im not sure what it is and its not at a set level of wanted or something. It always happens a few minutes into an extended police fight at the latest.

Immersive NCPD Hotline
Cop Killer
Fighting Gangs Allowed - Reasonable Police
Tested on v2.21. Didn't test it extensively though.
