Ok so, this dye was made with one specific character in mind (my obnoxiously pink Durge character, Eros, who you can see in the mod page images) but! I'm releasing it for everyone else, too!! πππ πΈπΊπ
An extremely obnoxiously hot pink dye named breakfast. Comes with three metal variations: the original (silver and gold metal), hot pink (the same hot pink as the cloth/leather colors), and rose gold. All three dyes are infinite use.
Handle with care, and rememberβbalsam? Good for burns! (According to my dear friend Shovel. And a certain necromancer. I am not a doctor so I canney say for sure if this is trueβGoogle says it's not, though hgfjdkfjkd)
This mod just adds dyes to the game! It doesn't override any existing resources, and shouldn't conflict with much. Let me know if you run into issues, though, of course!
This mod also has glow dye colors, so any armors/clothing/etc with glow maps, like the Adamantine Armour, the Bonespike Garb, the Gloves of Soul Catching, and even modded items like Nikjima's Mouse's Manacles, Ascended Fiend Wings, and Infernal Intimates - Stockings for all mods should have their glow colors dyed pink, as well.
This mod comes in two versions, one that ships the items to you via the AV Item Shipment Framework, and one that ships them to you via the Tutorial Chest.
Only install ONE version at a time!
For the ISF version:
Make sure you have the AV Item Shipment Framework installed, as well as all the requirements for it. Install this mod via BG3 Mod Manager, making sure to place it above ISF in your mod load order!
For the Tutorial Chest version:
ISF isn't required for this version of the mod, and mods like Tutorial Chest Summoning are technically optional, but highly recommended to get the items outside of the tutorial. They'll still be available in the tutorial chest on the Nautiloid, though! Install via BG3 Mod Manager.
Uninstallation:
This mod is not safe to uninstall mid-playthrough if you still have the items the mod provides! Make sure all copies of the dyes and the chest they come in have been removed from your save before uninstalling. This can be done via a few methods, like Volitio's Mod Uninstaller, or Mazikeensa's Trashcan mod. Once all copies of the items in your save have been destroyed, save your game again, and uninstall the mod by removing it from your mod load order.
...Aaand that's about it! As always, let me know if you run into any issues, and go make all your characters hot pink eyesores for me, alright? π πΈπΊππ
A really minor issue, but the description on the dye misspells "plethora" as "pletora." This is actually a vanilla typo, that affects a bunch of dyes, and not just mine. If Patch 8 didn't fix it, I'll make a fix for it myself. (By the way, the stress test is currently out, but I'm not going to be uploading mods or content about it until the stress test finishes, and the patch is fully available for everyone!)
Thank you very much to Padme4000 for this guide on making dyes with the toolkit! I finished the mod outside of the toolkit, but the guide got me started, and was a massive help in doing so.
And thank you very much to Aimryax for testing the dye!!! You're the best, as always ππΈπ

Before you go, please check out these resources I've compiled.
I do link them on pretty much all my mod pages, but considering everything going on in the world, I wanted to highlight them. There's a lot going on right now, so, please, do what you can to help, and take care of yourselves, ok?
(...Also, hey, if you like my work, and would like to support me, I have a ko-fi here: https://ko-fi.com/herotune
And an itch.io page here: https://herotune.itch.io/
I've got a game of my own and a brush pack I use to draw horns on there; it'd mean a lot if you checked them out!)
