I'd have to say pass on this one. It's very buggy. It will ignore items from every filter; item type, weight-to-value, and your white and blacklists. Occasionally it will turn itself on or off. About the only thing it hasn't ignored is the area filter, and even that's a bit sloppy. I'm not sure how it managed all these problems, or if it's even a problem with the mod rather than Skyrim's baffingly awful scripting, but in any case, this mod is an absolute last resort for autolooters.
In the MCM I select all my options I want, but when I exit it erases them all and and it turns off and all values are set to 0 or unchecked. I've used Jaxonz since original skyrim. I've never had this issue.
I am having the same problem. I really hate it when problems are reported and not responded to. This mod was good in LE but sucks here. It doesn't work!
pretty bugged, activating a iron ore miles away and proceeding to mine with even though I don't have a pickaxe or check the "ore" category, also activates cooking pots miles away, reads random books, and doesn't seem to care about distance at all, loot snowberries on the standing stones of riverwood
The value to weight ratio counter will override most options, so if you are (like me) looking to just loot by type, then set the value to weight ratio to the highest setting. However, it will still pick up items with 0 weight and some value, even if you haven't selected that item in the loot by type setting. Scout133, is there a way to turn off the loot by value to weight ratio setting off entirely?
Hi. I'm not sure what have I done but the config menu has dissapeared from MCM. If I start a new game it's there but not in my current save. Is there any way to bring it back?
As it's stated at the file on the download page, you don't need to have a specific game version, as long as the latest SKSE for your version is installed
Scout133 is smart. My version was never perfect, but it was a lot better than the original. Jaxonz left the game suddenly, and the mod was unfortunately buggy. I loved the mod - hoped someone who knew Papyrus scripting would pick it up and fix it. While I waited for an experienced script modder to do that, I started looking into it myself, since I'm a retired programmer, and I wanted it to work. The bug really bothered me.
It picked up invisible, unplayable items, that you couldn't even see in your inventory, in Jaxonz' final version. You couldn't see them, nor remove them, without using console commands. Some of them even had weight. I found that unacceptable. That's what I set about fixing. I also provided information on my mod page about how to fix your save game, to remove all that unwanted clutter and clean up your game.
I never converted my mod to SE because when it came out, SkyUI and skse hadn't yet been converted, and it required those to run, so there was no way to do it. Shortly after that, I got hooked on Elder Scrolls Online, so I still haven't downloaded SE. I'm glad someone else has gotten it to run on SE.
Hope that explains the difference. Also, thanks for converting it, Scout.

Thank you for the excellent mod/conversion!
Update: this mod helped me.
Your conversion is Jaxonz' original mod.
My conversion is the updated version by Kelinmiriel.
