User, JDG, has found a way to include frame customization without CC keywords causing some to ctd.
Fix an issue with the empty reloads where the left hand's fingers didn't revert to the idle position at the end.
Version 1.0
Initial Release using version 1.0.2 of the original mod, Beretta M9-FS Pistol (92FS).
PREVIEW:
DESCRIPTION: A complete animation set for fadingsignal's Beretta M9-FS Pistol (92FS) mod. Version used is 1.0.2.
-Adds custom animations based on the Beretta M9 from Battlefield 4. -Adds 4 different reloads for Standard, Standard Fast, Extended, and Extended Fast magazines. -Downsizes the receiver mesh to more closely resemble the real-life counterpart and the Battlefield 4 model. -Tweaks the fire rate and reload speeds to fit the animations. -Makes minor tweaks to the original sound -Reload sounds are a mashup of vanilla sounds.
NOTE: To eliminate the crashing issue with the original mod, the new CK Keywords that allow for the gun frame color to be customized have been intentionally left out. Thank you for understanding.
NOTES: 1. The suppressor attachment will obstruct the line of sight. The reflex sight will help.
2. The fast mag attachments play partial reloads. They may not make sense when the gun is empty but I like having a unique animation. Some people might take issue, but I refuse to just lazily and unnaturally speed up the standard reloads. Besides, it adds variety.
3. The hammer, unfortunately, isn't animated due to the hammer mesh being attached to the frame mesh. One could go into 3DS Max and detach them but that would require re-rigging and isn't worth it. If I adapt these animations to another pistol, I'll make sure to animate the hammer.
4. The standard view model FOV of 80 is recommended. You may, however, use any camera FOV you like using the .ini.
IMPORTANT AS ALWAYS: Although this is a Battlefield 4 animation pack, the animations were made from scratch with video and screenshot reference of the game. As such, NO BATTLEFIELD 4 ASSETS WERE USED IN THE CREATION OF THESE ANIMATIONS.
