Initial Release
JCW Builder V1.3 The mod adds some concrete foundation pieces most notably concrete ramps with attachable railings. All pieces should be fully working in game, including NPC NavMesh.
Although the mod is safe to use, it’s allways a good idea to backup your saves before adding any mod to your game.
Description JCW Builder adds a number of new settlement building components: Foundation type ramps in 4 types of concrete, one in brick Solid concrete foundations in Full, Half , and quarter sizes all also in 4 types of concrete Matching Rails for the ramps and quarter pieces + corner rails Wood floor topped quarter size foundation pieces also in 4 types of concrete
New in 1.3 Pyramid style Foundation corners in five material types 4 Concrete 1 brick (found in concrete>stairs) 4 New concrete floor peices that can work as roof or upper floor (found in concrete>floor)
Coming next: an assortment of concrete walls
Installation: Just unpack the 7z file into the Data folder for Fallout 4. More straight forward is to use your favorite mod manager. Note: All files are original creations and are uniquely named, except a few BGS Nif’s I modified to stack. Uninstall: There are no Scripts so just remove the esp and nif files. Easier yet with a mod manager.
Known Issues: The railing pieces when snapped into corners overlap causing minor shimmering - Corner pieces added. And I’m sure the UV maps aren’t perfect either - Fixed ( Well a lot better anyway ). If you get a warning of files being overwritten, it's likely the Nif's I modded to stack. If you want the foundation pieces to stack with my mod then allow my Nif's to overwrite BGS's.
XBOX1: Not supported. ( I tried and could get it to upload, and I don't have one to test it with anyway, Sorry )
