If you want to experience 100% of the content, you have to start a new game. That being said the mod works perfectly fine on an existing game too.
On first load, the mod will check your current save file to see where you've been and add some books and glossary entries accordingly.
Items that can only be found in loot containers won't show up in them, if you already looted that container in the current game. There is nothing that can be done about that.
Same thing about books that you have already read, those, unfortunately, won't add any entries, only the un-read books will.
The mod works in all localizations, except the glossary entry titles, I couldn't find those in the game files. If you want to translate those for your language, I will happily upload the translation to the mod page. You can find the strings files under optional files.
This mod requires both expansions to work. No excuses.

Looking at the error, the compiler is looking for functions that do not exist in the Classic version, meaning you have installed at least 1 mod that's made for next-gen version only. You need to track those down and remove them.

Is the enhanced edition version compatible with the Witcher 1 and 2 addon? And if so do install both mods and DLC files or do I rename the patch files to WitcherLoreCollection_EE and then overwrite?
Nevermind. Scripts are definitely not compatible. I might be able to make them compatible by packing the inventorycomponent.ws as its own mod and merging it with the other two but I won't be able to do anything about the DLC until I learn to use wolven kit. If I ever get around to it I'll let you know and you can upload a EE version of the addon. Unless of course the EE and regular WLC DLC files are identical.
Add-On has nothing to do with EE. You just need to replace the DLC folder of WLC with the one provided in the add-on and also the inventoryComponent.ws script. Then you merge the replaced script with EE.
One more issue. I want to use BIA and EE Redux. WLC needs lower priority than BIA for unmergeable conflicts, but higher than EE for bundled text conflicts. The problem is that BIA must be lower than EE. Would it be possible for me to move the bundled XMLs into their own mod folder and give them higher priority than EE while leaving the rest of the WLC mod lower than BIA?
I'm going to watch some tutorials on xml editing and make a patch for EE Redux and WLC. The EE version isn't fully compatible with redux. And probably also one for gwent redux, WLC, and EE Redux. If I manage to successfully do that I'll let you know. Maybe you can upload the EE Redux patch here.
Also if I do end up making the patch for all three mods do I need your and the Gwent Redux author's permissions before uploading?

Yes, the mod needs an update, unfortunately not that simple, as WLC is not only scripts, but also a lot of bundle files, which currently are problematic to access.
Also playing the update and this mod not working with update makes me want to rollback the update. Such a great mod. The books dont seem to be available outside of game so no way to read about Gerd the Bear School witcher.

I'm using the Classic game version 1.32, with both mods being the 1.31-1.32 versions.
Nevermind. Scripts are definitely not compatible. I might be able to make them compatible by packing the inventorycomponent.ws as its own mod and merging it with the other two but I won't be able to do anything about the DLC until I learn to use wolven kit. If I ever get around to it I'll let you know and you can upload a EE version of the addon. Unless of course the EE and regular WLC DLC files are identical.
Also if I do end up making the patch for all three mods do I need your and the Gwent Redux author's permissions before uploading?
