For Witcher 3 - v1.31/1.32
If you do not have a description (text that is yellow) on armor/weapons/some mod items, this mod will fix the problem.
Some other mods also fix this error - Ghost mod | Witcher Lore Collection etc.
Before installing, check if you really do not have a description.
Installation:
Install the mod by unpacking mod into [Path to The Witcher 3]\Mods folder. Run Script Merger to resolve conflicts.
