I think you should avoid block comments that doesn't start or end on their own lines. This makes it very hard to merge mods. I have to modify the code manually to have it merge with Absolute Horse Control for Keyboard
I've released a newer version that works with 1.21, or newer. I have tested it in the vanilla cities and it works. It should also work with DLC settlements, but please inform me if it doesn't.
It might work but i wouldn't use it. I compared the script from this mod to the same script in the next gen version and there are lots of changes that you would lose out on if you use this mod.
