What's the purpose?
To be exact, it's a "No More Glowing Monster" mod. It removes the bright morphing of Ghoul, Alghoul and Werewolf, so you can perfectly see their transformation.
I take only Next Gen 4.04 files and apply the mod edit, so it's compatible to the integrated HD Monsters Reworked in the game (see List of unneeded mods for Next-Gen Update).

Installation
For newcomer/beginner: I invite you reading The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding
0 DON'T USE VORTEX!!
1. Use Witcher 3 Mod Manager, or extract the files in your "Mods" folder of the game's directory Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition.
2. Launch Script Merger. If any conflict, put the mod lower priority or remove it.
How to uninstall?
Delete the folder "modzNoMoreGlow".

This is a w2ent mod that affect the following files:
Texture mod such HD Monsters Reworked (Next Gen version) are compatible. However, if there is conflict shown in Script Merger, I suggest you put lower priority and let me know which mod does conflict, so I'll make a compatible patch.

If you wish to use on the Classic 1.32, install the original mod.
