There are now two major types of Vehicle Framework vehicle. The first is the Submarine, and the other is the Submersible. The Odyssey is an example of a submarine because you can walk around the interior. The cricket is an example of a submersible because you cannot. Submersibles act a lot like the Seamoth.
Vehicle development has become a lot easier.
The Vehicle Framework Wiki has been greatly fleshed out. If you have a model and a bit of C# experience, this wiki will get you started using VF.

The future of Blue Beard Modding
This article will have some good news and bad news.
Right now I am working at creating a road map of release order of new mods and major updates to my current mods. This road map won't have even estimated timeframes for this as I have a lot going on IRL with my job. But rest assured, I am still tinkering with my mods here and there.
I have mods for several different games either already released, or in the works. Some of the mods that I have released will be pulled as there are just issues with them that I can't fix, so they will be on the low end of my priority to update and/or release. Hopefully, while working on some of my other mods, I learn what I need to to fix the issues plaguing a couple of the mods I have already made. Plus, the more I learn, the more typ... -
I've been reworking alot of the mod and those immersion breaking pop-in and creature deletion are now gone!
Creatures will now slowly crawl out of the void instead of spawning in your face, and they'll also actually run away now when your leave the void, instead of popping out of existance.
There's also been some tweaks to the saving, so you shouldn't need to use the clear-void thing anymore when uninstalling.
The thing with the warpers has now also been fixed.

The new version (1.1.0) has arrived and brings improvements on the translation system
This new version improve the translation system and allow player to reload translations on a game language change. You don't need to quit the game to reload translations now. Only to return to main menu, change language and over.
The logger system has changed too. Now in the BepInEx console you can see error loggers when a problem has arrived (like a translation file is missing) and warning message if a translation key hasn't found and the default value have been used instead.
This log messages has an essentials parts of the debugging/report process. Please copy its and send in your next bugs reports. ... -

Version 4.0.0 (Bepinex) Released
This version is incompatible with QMODManager, and only works with bepinex.
As such please follow the new patch installations for this version
The legacy version will remain on this site, and will continue to be maintained until further notice.... -
It was announced this morning on the Subnautica Modding discord that QModManager would be retired in favor of BepInEx.
The 1.3.0 update of the SeaLevelMod switches to using BepInEx instead of QModManager, and is compatible with the 2.0 Living Large update.
I have added installation instructions to the main mod info.
