As I mentioned in the overview, this mod requires Shattered Skyrim to function.
Stendarr's Devout is a quest based addon that adds in Shares-His-Mercy, a disciple of Stendarr who seeks to enlighten non-believers. Shares-His-Mercy can be found all across Skyrim, here he will disclose the strange beliefs and traditions of his tribe and Stendarr's followers.
