About this mod
Reduced all shout cooldowns to basically nothing! You will no longer need the Amulet and Shrine of Talos to Shout as often as you'd like!

All shout cooldowns have been reduced to 3, 3, 3 seconds, just enough time for the Dovahkiin to catch his/her breath. I've also added an optional file for those that don't need a breath and set all shout cooldowns to 0, 0, 0.
I tweaked each shout individually (Player Only). This mod will NOT reduce the shout cooldown from any other mods, only the ones listed below.
There is a total of 28 shouts! 20 Vanilla, 4 Dawnguard and 4 Dragonborn.
Vanilla Cooldown - Shout Name
50, 60, 70 - Animal Allegiance
30, 40, 50 - Aura Whisper
20, 30, 40 - Battle Fury
20, 30, 40 - Become Ethereal
10, 90, 120 - Bend Will
5, 5, 300 - Call Dragon
180, 180, 180 - Call of Valor
5, 10, 15 - Clear Skies
30, 45, 60 - Cyclone
30, 35, 40 - Disarm
40, 45, 50 - Dismay
5, 5, 5 - Dragon Aspect - (Removed cast once per day restriction)
10, 12, 15 - Dragonrend
30, 60, 90 - Drain Vitality
30, 40, 50 - Elemental Fury - (Can't shout again until enchantment ends)
30, 50, 100 - Fire Breath
30, 50, 100 - Frost Breath
60, 90, 120 - Ice Form
40, 50, 60 - Kyne's Peace
20, 30, 40 - Marked for Death
30, 45, 60 - Slow Time
15,15, 15 - Soul Cairn Summon
5, 5, 90 - Soul Tear
300, 480, 600 - Storm Call
5, 5, 300 - Summon Durnehviir

Dragon Aspect is only meant to be used once per day. I've removed that restriction, but if you repeatedly shout it will kinda bug (Visually). The buff will also create multiple timers in your active effects tab. The shout last 300 seconds (5 minutes), so no need to shout repeatedly anyway, but you can if you want to. (See pics)
Elemental Fury won't let you shout again until the enchantment ends. (See pics)
Compatibility:
As long as no other mods alter these shouts cooldowns, you should be good!

(These don't affect cooldown)
Load Order:
Use LOOT, trust LOOT
Uninstall
Simply delete the (Shout Cooldown Reduced.esp) file from your data folder. The game will automatically revert back to the default cooldown times!
