Modified Storm Call Shout where you become the Eye of the Storm and awaken the destructive force of Skyrim's lightning, wind and snow.

The Storm Call Shout is awesome, but the 300, 480, 600 cooldown times are ridiculous and the storm last much longer than needed, which just seems unbalanced and kind of a waste.
I aim to fix that by making this new Shout I'm calling the "Eye of the Storm", which is a combination of a few things, allow me to explain.
Reduced the cooldown times to 10, 20, 30 seconds, with each word lasting as long as the cooldown time.
All 3 words will activate the same abilities / buffs, just for different lengths of time!
You get the storm obviously, with lightning bolts that hit as hard as the default 2nd word -> Magnitude 60. The area the lighting will hit has been significantly reduced, making the storm more localized.
The master destruction spell Blizzard will surround you with reduced FX, making it easier to see what's going on. The strength of Blizzard has been increased by a magnitude of 10 (not that big of a difference really)
You'll be at the center of the storm with a Frost Cloak that has also had the magnitude increased by a magnitude of 10.
And lastly, you'll be made Ethereal, so can't take damage, unless you choose to attack, then you'll loose the Ethereal buff and can then take damage.
The idea was to have the Shout do all the damage, with no need to fight.
It is kinda overpowered, but meant to be for end game fun, when you just want to destroy the enemy.
It's a quick and easy way to clear out a Forsworn village (See Video Below)
I did quite a bit of testing and found these tweaks to be the most "fair" depending on the enemy level.
Can quite easily take out a herd of Giants using all 3 words for a 30 second massacre! Pay back for all the times they've sent us into the stratosphere.
Compatibility:
As long as no other mods alter the Storm Call Shout, you should be good.
I did have my own Acure8 Mods and Tweaks mod installed and active during testing, with no issues.
Load Order:
Use LOOT, trust LOOT
Uninstall
Simply delete the (Eye of the Storm.esp) file from your data folder. Probably best to make sure you don't have any buffs active before uninstalling, just to be safe.
