    OK, I just finished testing this mod with other mods that change the nearest territory:

    Daedric Shrines - All in One

    Mirai - the Girl with the Dragon Heart

    Dolmen Ruins - ESO Dark Anchors

    Telengard

    They all work perfectly together, I haven't found any critical issues. But I strongly recommend downloading "Telengard" mod below "Immersive Winterhold Jail", otherwise almost entire settlement can be slain by a pack of wolves.

    p/s Also, I don't find any problems with Cutting Room Floor mod. Scroll to summoning Frost Trall is still lying normally on one of barrel.

    It's probably the strangest bug (or incompatibility issue) I've ever encountered, but when you're walking up on torture rack with skeleton attached to it, fps drops horribly for a couple of seconds.

    Why would WInterhold be particularly cruel with its prisoners?

      i always wondered that too. it's like that in vanilla. all i can figure is after the collapse, there wasn't much room for a standard jail, so they used a cave

      My point is that this mod, IMHO, goes a little bit too overboard with the skeletons and the skulls. Judging by their positions and numbers, the mod makes it seem like prisoners in Winterhold where subjected to gratuitous, gruesome tortures and sadism, much more then in all the other parts of Skyrim... I'm not aware of anything in the lore that would suggests that, and current citizens of Winterhold don't seem to be particularly nasty, so I'd say that the mod author's choice on this particular aspect isn't very... immersive, for lack of a better world. But that's just my opinion, of course.

      I mean they literally put you in an ice cave without any source of warm, and knowing how cruel justice in Skyrim can be (just remember the torture room in Helgen), tortures were usual. It's all speculations anyway, I am a modder, not a developer, but in my mod I tried to convey the atmosphere of cold and unforgiving place.

      Could also take the implication that they were blaming mages for the collapse and thus went on a mass crusade against any and all mages they could grab. Something something lore i guess.

    Is it possible we could get a patch for Beasts of Tamriel? It lightly edits the inside of the prison, which includes placing a vault door right on top of a chest added by this mod.
