Several adjustments and fixes for Collect Ivy SSE

Requirements

- Skyrim SE/AE
- Base Object Swapper (if you install one of the ESL-ified main files; see Installation, below)
- Animated Ivy (if you install the ESL-ified main file requiring it; see Installation, below)

Installation

1. Uninstall Collect Ivy SSE, if you have it installed. (But maybe endorse it first!)

2. Auto-Install ONE main file with your mod manager:
- ESP version for existing playthroughs with Collect Ivy SSE previously installed
- ESL version for new playthroughs or existing playthroughs without Collect Ivy SSE previously installed
- ESL version for new playthroughs + Animated Ivy (Allow the overwrite of IvyAnim_SWAP.ini when installing.)

Details

I've always enjoyed Collect Ivy, but it needed some quality of life updating.

- Mod now utilizes one script instead of three.
- Tore anything unnecessary out of the ESP. (Test cell entries, namely.)
- Ivy ingredient: Keyword VendorItemFood changed to VendorItemIngredient.
- Ivy ingredient: Keyword GiftFlower removed.
- Ivy ingredient: Now added to two leveled lists via scripted injection.
- Ivy harvest text changed to "Harvest".
- Ivy harvest sound effect added.
- Ivy disappears correctly when harvested.
- Ivy harvests yield less items overall. (1/2/3 Ingredients)
- Ivy respawn times are commensurate with harvest amounts. (4/8/12 Days)
- Ivy harvest collision improved.
- Locations: More ivy in Riverwood is now harvestable. (ESP version)
- Locations: All ivy everywhere is now harvestable. (ESL version)
- Compatible with the Unofficial Skyrim SE Patch (USSEP)
