Essential, Unique, Level with the player from 10 to 999.

They are scattered around Skyrim, so every place you go, you'll know a member of The Wade will be nearby to help you if you need some extra muscle, magic, or just a friendly companion.
The home base of the Wade is located on the shore of Dawnstar, east of the DB Sanctuary (you can't miss it it's just a lonely home with a brazier on the side) - I tried to place it as out of the way as possible to not conflict with other cities overhauls.
Inside you'll find the boss of the Wade, Teia, and her husband Ragnar. On a shelf on the right there is a purple book with a brief intro and the location to all other NPCs.

They will use your default skin and body (see recommended mods if you want to match my pictures). They all have their own hair with textures included, some also have custom eye textures. The Argonian and Kahjiit will use all vanilla assets. All the body parts that are not customized will follow the vanilla path and use any texture replacers you have installed.
All their weapons and outfits are vanilla (I use replacers in the pictures).

I also added their IDs so you can easily locate their tintmask in case you want to change or remove their facepaint - since I couldn't add all the variations you can get some of the optional tintmasks from the original mods, rename them to match the NPC ID and replace them manually.

Install via your mod manager or unzip the package and drop it into your Skyrim Data folder.

HoW FAQs

What if already installed some of those followers?
If you want to keep the all-in-one version, you can uninstall the old mods in a safe way if you follow simple steps: 
- if they have an open quest, be sure it's completed
- remove all items and gear you gave them
- dismiss them
- make a save and quit the game
- disable/delete the mod files
I wouldn't recommend doing so if you married them since you wouldn't be able to remarry a second time. You could just keep the original NPC and disable the body double with the console.

ESL?
The plugin is an ESP flagged as light, so it won't count for your total plugin number.

Are the NPCs custom voiced?
All NPCs use vanilla voices compatible with the follower framework. 
If Alizaa doesn't have the follow me dialogue I recommend using a follower manager or RDO.
I might add some extra dialouge and quests in the future (don't know when or what yet).

I can't find some of them. Where are they? 
You'll find a journal in the Wade house with all the NPCs names and locations. The house is located on the shores of Dawnstar, east to the Sanctuary.
A map in the mod pictures gives the generic location and a more specific one is written in the Readme file in the "AwAssets" texture folder. 
If you can't find them it's probably a glitch or incompatibility with another mod.
First, try fast travel or wait for a few hours. Or just look around harder, some of them are outside and like to wander around :P
If it's just a glitch, try uninstalling the mod, make a clean save, and install again.
If you have mods that change the worldspace or some interior cells it might happen that the spawn point is misplaced and the NPCs will fall in a deep abyss of nothingness. In that case you can only use the console. Type HELP and the name of the NPC to find the ID, then type player.placeatme [ID number] this will create a copy of the NPC, which is not much of a problem since the other one has disappeared into Oblivion. That should be enough to fix it.

Do they work with other follower frameworks?
Yes. I used the vanilla voices for that exact reason. They will be compatible with any framework you like, and you can customize them as much as you please.

Something doesn't work.
Please let me know in the comments what's the specific problem and I'll see what we can do.

They look different from your pictures, why you don't make them standalone?
Is there a High Poly / 3BA / BHUNP / HIMBO version?

I didn't add a skin texture and a body to the NPCs so their appearance will change based on the skin and body you use as default. This will assure that they will blend nicely into your game and will be able to wear any of the armors you build in bodyslides without any weird change of shape or neck seams, and be compatible with any version of the body you want (physics, SOS, underwear, etc.). 
The head meshes use vanilla texture paths so you'll be able to combine them with any texture replacer you like (skin type, eyes, brows, beards, etc.).
The downside is that my morphs are made with one particular skin in mind and when you use a different one, the face might look a bit off, sometimes even weird. 
For the females is less than a problem since all skin textures are pretty in their own way (I use Bijin skin in the pictures), but I noticed that male skins tend to be a lot more different, and for that reason I made my own blend of normal maps and textures that - if you like it - can be applied over your default skin to get a look like the one I intended (you can find it here).
No High Poly support at the moment.
Also note that my permissions are open and anyone is free to make visual replacers or any NPC if they feel like it.

Can you make a patch for this or that mod?

Since the NPCs are completely new and not connected to any other quest or game mechanics other than vanilla, they shouldn't need any patch. But if for some chance some mod gets in conflict with mine, let me know.
As always, anyone is free to make a patch for integration with other mods if they feel like so, and is allowed to post it on Nexus without asking for permission. Just link back to the original mod and let me know so I can add a link too.

All my mods are free to use, translate, and transform according to fair use as long as you credit and link back to the original files, and don't use them for commercial purposes.
