This mod, Ryn's White River Watch, seems to need a patch that I cannot identify. When I use More Informative Console it points at Atlantean Landscape -Complete- Complex Terrain Parallax, but disabling that mod did not work, and turned textures purple. Maybe I did it wrong.
Also, the quest mod, Buxom Wench Yuriana -Tank Healer Support Follower, needs a patch, too, though I had my issue before installing that mod. BWY has an older version here on the Nexus, and an update on the MA's Patreon.
Hmm, I think I still have the problem, though I have done a lot of mod tinkering and have not been over there for a while. I would love to figure this out!
I do have Lux Via. My current water mod is Simplicity of Sea. I don't know what NR is.
Oh, of course. No I have Blended Roads being overwritten by some Blended Roads modifying mods, then that is mostly overwritten by Atlantean Landscape.
Could the issue be Ryn's White River Watch and Lux Via? I am (semi-permanently) building my next load order so I may not be able to go in there and check in-game for a while.

The problem went away. I don't know what did it. I think I probably installed a mod that accidently fixed it. I had guessed it might be Ancient Land, but I had not tested it.
I don't have Ryn's Whiterun City Limits. It is not yet compatible with Kojaks Whiterun Outskirts Market for SSE (there apparently is a patch planned; I hope to use a three way JK/Ryn/Kojak patch with Capital Whiterun Expansion). I do have Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods (LFFGM), though. And, of course, I have Whiterun Exteriors Patch Collection.
i have a massive rock/mountain blocking the path into the cave and the tower. i have no mountain mods installed so im not sure what could be causing it.
EDIT : i fixed it. i didnt realize i had camps recovered still installed and they edited the same area.

Would anyone have a guess why NPCs inside White River Watch would be t-posing? It is probably not totally this mod, as I have a large load order.
I have Goblins- Mihail Monsters and Animals (MIHAIL SSE PORT) and Ogres- Mihail Monsters and Animals (MIHAIL SSE PORT) installed (both now hidden, though you can see them on the Wayback machine here, Goblins and Ogres. You can still DL them if you are smart about copying the URL and pasting just the Nexus part into Nexus). Goblins and Ogres spawn outside and inside White River Watch and have largely killed most of the bandits. I also have Deadly Wenches, and there are two of them that are still alive but frozen t-posing towards the end of the interior of White River Watch. The main boss at the end is tposing, too.
There should probably be a patch between this Ryn mod and Mihail's mods. Though I am not certain that is causing the t pose.
Would it be possible to add a guardrail to the tower, right in front of where the boss' chair is? It's a little too easy for him to fall off the tower and get stuck on the mountain.
At some point soon I plan to finish going over my old mods, this one included, and updating small things like that, along with the thumbnails. Will take a look at this suggestion. :)
