Lore friendly NPC Overhaul created on the base of High Poly Head, Expressive Facegen Morphs SE, Expressive Facial Animations, SUEMR SSE, High Poly Vanilla Hair, Vanilla Hair Remake and Beards of Power. 

NPC faces may look different depending on what face texture is used. The screenshots were captured with different texture mods. Mods used are listed down below.

Face and body textures are not included so bring your own!

Every NPC was edited by hand. Some of them were only changed slightly while others have been resculped. Makeup edits of each NPC were adjusted and most NPCs have a much more natural look now.

If you want to mix NPCs from different overhaul mods EasyNPC is the recommended tool to do so!

• Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
• High Poly Head (Installer: choose Expressive Facegen Morphs + Expressive Facial Animation)
• High Poly Vanilla Hair - for all hairs not covered by VHR
• Vanilla Hair Remake - load this after High Poly Vanilla Hair
• Beards of Power - Polymorph Version
• optional: BEARDS (for high-res beard textures)
• optional: high-res hair textures like Vanilla hair - Salt and Wind or Bed Head

If you want hair physics on NPCs make sure to download the SMP version + optional "Vanilla hair remake SMP NPCs" file. There seems to be some issues with hair colors when using the SMP version on NPCs, so I'd recommend to use the normal version.

The beards (from Beards of Power) used on NPCs are mostly ones that do not cause bad clipping with armor and clothing, so do not expect to see some crazy long beards except on few chosen NPCs.

For all NPCs not covered by this mod I highly recommend to use a high poly NPC overhaul like High Poly Expressive NPCs.
This mod does not cover beast races! Use BeastHHBB - Khajiit and Argonian content for that.
