One week before Olivier Doorenbos passed away he had responded to my comment regarding the feasibility of ENB for RAID Weathers. I feel this is the least I could do in memorial and tribute to that, and make such an ENB preset for RAID Weather.
Half of Donations go to the Doctors Without Borders Charity.
Install Instructions
1.) Download ENB Series SE + and ONLY extract the d3d11.dll | d3dcompiler_46e.dll into your skyrim special edition folder! Delete all previous ENB files you had installed including your ENBcache folder.
2.) The Weather Plugin / Asset mod and plugin must be installed near the bottom of your mod list/load order. After any landscape / grass mods.
