Feel free to post screenshots, and feel free to report issues, as long as you carefully read the installation instructions and FAQ. If you report a problem, then specify which edition of ENB you use, also take a screenshot showing this problem and take a screenshot with ENB GUI activated (with the statistics tab open and the weather window open as in the screenshot below):

To adjust the brightness of nights and interiors:
While in the game, press HOME, look at the right side of the menu that appears, open the ENBEFFECT.FX tab, find the string Nights & Interior Adjustors and edit the brightness of nights and interiors as you like. A smaller value is brighter, a larger value is darker. After completing your setup, click SAVE CONFIGURATION in the upper-left corner of ENB GUI.

    To adjust Sharp:
While in the game, press HOME, look at the right side of the menu that appears, open the ENBEFFECTPOSTPASS.FX tab, and edit the following parameters as desired:
      - Sharp: amount
A smaller value is more blurry, a larger value is more sharp. After completing your setup, click SAVE CONFIGURATION in the upper-left corner of ENB GUI.

    Question:
Why did you make ENB specifically for Solas? Will this ENB work with other weather mods?

    Answer:
    Spoiler:
    Show

Technically, E.V.C. will work with any weather mods. Practically, most likely it will look bad. E.V.C. ENB is specially created and finely tuned for the SOLAS Weathers and ENB. Solas is a great mod, but greatly underestimated. Solas is carefully tuned, beautiful, has its own interesting features and FPS friendly.

Probably E.V.C. will look good with NLA SSE, because Solas and NLA are from the same author and are similar. It is also possible that the E.V.C. will look more or less good with a NAT, but I did not check it.

    Question:
What about performance? How does this ENB compare to other ENBs?

    Answers (from E.V.C. users):
    Spoiler:
    Show

I don't know how, but this ENB in particular runs super smooth compared to other ENBs... Every other ENB I've tried (i've tried several dozens) have dropped my frames to 50 and under, but with E.V.C, my framerate rarely drops below 55-60+ FPS with a 1660 Ti! On top of that, this ENB looks really great and has more of the vibe I'm looking for in an ENB than other ones. I would definitely recommend this ENB for others to try out!

    "About performances...I'm like... W
W !!!! Got a solid 40/45fps (sometimes 50) in heavily modded exteriors areas where i was at a shy 30/35 before. I can finally instal big cities and villages overhauls, and it seems like no impact at all, my game has changed so hard since a week i'm using your enb"

"I see how much work you put in here, and it shows. Focusing on performance was a baller move btw, FPS ftw!"

"Endorsed! Been playing with the ENB for 3-4 hours and so far loving it with surprisingly good performance. Getting consistent 55-60 fps in Riften and Falkreath even with Dyndolod. Hope more people see this and try it out, Great job!"

"Not using game vol rays and EVLaS saves you 2-8 fps depending on time and shadow textures resolution, while still looking great and having a nice morning/evening feel."

"This looks amazing and I still get a smooth 60fps even with a ton of graphical mods. I don't think that's ever happened? Fantastic job, thank you! To be fair I do have a beefy GPU (3070Ti), but STILL. I don't think I've tried another ENB that looks as nice as this with no discernible fps loss at all :)"

"Beautiful and performance friendly great job!"

"Ok, I'm blown away... this is super impressive.
Firstly well presented and nicely explained. Then the actual ENB and man you are really talented.
Great performance and very nice graphics.
    Thank you sir!"

"He did get me a few more fps, but still frustrating at 4k, maybe my computer is bottlenecking."

"This ENB doesn't balance visuals and performance. It shines in both aspects tremendously. Beautiful, Instantly became my main."

"I've been using Cathedral Weathers and Silent Horizons ENB well... forever but I decided to give SOLAS and your ENB a go and I must say I'm in love. My game looks jaw dropping and performance is even better than with my previous choice with, imo, better quality.
    Thank you again, sir!"

"I tried with NLA and ELFX (elfx, elfx fixes) and the result is very good. Since my video card is rx580 8gb, even though I had to turn off the Bloom and Ambient occulission effects, the result was very successful, thank you."

    Question:
Do I need to use EVLaS or DVLaSS? What happens if I use them? Why are there no settings for the EVLaS?

    Answer:
    Spoiler:
    Show

Technically, they will work. But, there is no need to use EVLaS or DVLaSS with E.V.C. ENB. This will give you extra FPS. My preset is configured to work without these mods and looks good without these mods. If you use EVLaS or DVLaSS with the E.V.C. ENB, you will get sunsets, sunrises and nights different from what they were planned in E.V.C. ENB.

    Question:
How to increase performance even more?

    Answer:
    Spoiler:
    Show

    From user okcheese124:
    SSE Display Tweaks
    Skyrim Project Optimization SE
    eFPS - Exterior FPS boost
Also, if you find that, when loading into a new area, your game stutters a lot, try: opening NVIDIA control panel, go to 3d settings, and set low latency mode to ultra (this was mentioned in the display tweaks mod).

    Question:
I am getting very wide spread horizontal glare on bright areas (like stars at night, bonfires, braziers or holes in a roof inside of a house, or small windows.. even white flowers). What am I doing wrong?

    Answer:
    Spoiler:
    Show

You need to carefully read the installation instructions on the description page and disable Lens Flare in the Skyrim Launcher. Or set bIBLFEnable=0 in SkyrimPrefs.ini
You have to change this settings in the right place. If you have BethINI installed, then you need to change the settings of the INI files through the BethINI interface. If you use Mod Organizer 2, then you must change the settings of the INI files through the Mod Organizer 2 interface.
    Question:
Spells decals or windows in interiors are too bright.

    Answer:
    Spoiler:
    Show

Spells decals use the [WINDOWLIGHT] settings from ENB. I increased the brightness of the windows in the interiors depending on the weather outside, so the spells decals are so bright in clear or cloudy weather outside.
The solution is to enable IgnoreWeatherSystemInterior in the [WINDOWLIGHT] section in the left panel of the ENB GUI (press HOME to activate ENB GUI). But in this case, the brightness of the windows in the interiors will not depend on the weather outside.

E.V.C. ENB v2.0 has been released!

    • Version 1.3 WIP has grown into version 2.0. The volume of changes in the new version compared to the previous version 1.24 is so large that it deserves a separate version. In fact, it is E.V.C. ENB 2.
    • The new version is made more dramatic, contrasting, beautiful and cinematic, while retaining a fairly realistic look and other advantages of the previous version. This also applies to the interiors, which I tried to make more interesting. The nights have also changed a lot, I have spent a lot of time on this, they are now brighter, more diverse and fantasy.
    • The installation of the E.V.C. ENB is now made as simple as possible. E.V.C. now comes with a FOMOD installer with all the necessary files and patches, just follow the instructions of the installer. As for the ENB files, all editions are now delivered in one archive, where performance and DOF options have also been added.
    • The LUT presets have been revised and redesigned, now there are fewer of them, but they are more unique. With just a few mouse clicks, you can change the atmosphere of Skyrim for yourself. Try it, you'll probably like it.
    • There are a huge number of changes, it makes no sense to describe them all, and I don’t remember much.

    What is version 1.Final

I know that some of you like the original version of E.V.C., these are versions 1.xx. And, since version 2.0 is significantly different from the previous version, I decided to reanimate version 1.24. This version was rebuilt, minor bugs were fixed, its own FOMOD installer was also made for it with all the necessary files and patches, and ENB files were rebuilt.
Thus, the development of version 1.xx is finished and I present to you version 1.Final. This is a fully working, time-tested, polished version. It cannot be said that version 2.xx is better than version 1.Final, or vice versa, they are just different. Version 1.Final is more bleak and probably realistic.

You should use E.V.C. ENB_Required Files and Patches - FOMOD and E.V.C. ENB_All Editions either version 2.xx or version 1.Final, but do not mix them.

This is my first time installing an enb and so Im not sure if this question was asked or not but this is quite unclear to me. For installing the enb manually you say to get the  2_E.V.C. ENB_All Editions. There are 3 editions and Im not sure how to proceed from there. Im reading the read me file as well and this part throws me off.  "If you don't know what to do, just copy the files from the "1_Mail Files" folder to your game folder and everything will work fine. All settings will be selected by default." Does this mean that all 3 editions with the "1_main files" gets put into the skyrim folder or do I have to choose one which edition tp put the "1_main files" to put in the skyrim folder? Thanks in advanced.

      Then I don't understand what you're asking.

The brightness of the stars changes here (for each weather separately):
      [SKY]
      StarsIntensity
      StarsCurve

Hi! First of all, I want to tell you that this is one of (if not) the best presets out there! There's a balance between the colours and everything that's simply unmatched.

I have a question though: Is there a possibility within the ENB settings to increase the effect of godrays in exteriors? I'd love to try it out but I don't know much where to look at. Thank you four your help and your amazing work!

      Thanks!

To do this, you need to increase the following values in the right window of ENB GUI for each weather:
      [RAYS]
      SunRaysMultiplier

If you did not know . . . ELE is no longer available. It has been removed from the Nexus as of this writing.

In my experience, you could also recommend Ambiance as an alternative, they're extremely close. I've tested both with different setups and the presets tailored for one would mostly need no adjustment for the other.

Honestly I have been playing around with Realistic Lighting Overhaul again  . . . I keep going back to it! The RS / ELE preset is really similar also.

RLO has been an overlook lighting mod for some time now. Which is why I have started to make "patches" and "addons" for it. Maybe RLO is a nice alternative to your ELE / RS.

Well, after playing around with other weather mods for nearly two years, I am back to settle down with E.V.C. for my next play through.

NLA was and still is a love affair I have had since LE. Many scenic photos have been with NLA. Naturally, Solas is an improved NLA and I love it also - especially since I don't have to add in the snow and fog effects myself to the other weather mods.

E.V.C. is still the most consistently even and beautiful ENB I have tried. Not to mention the wonderful support and now LUT options. Truly a great looking Skyrim that I probably won't be leaving anytime soon!!!

    Exceptional work zloineil1!!!
