Details The mod makes cows more wooly and fluffy looking by adding another layer of wool to the mesh. Best visible at the tail, vanilla tail is just smooth. When I dug through the files I found an unused highland cow mesh with a shorter head, that had more wool. So I quickly learned blender and modified the wool to fit on the existing vanilla cow mesh. Then I combined the meshes, started up blender again and weight painted the new mesh part. Fully functional and almost double the vertex count. Propably cut in favor of consoles.
How is this Cut Content?
Found an unused mesh of a highland cow, it had a bit shorter head but had more layer of fluff and wool, also it wasn't weight painted. A similiar mesh gets used for cows in loading screens, so its clear that in the beginning the cow was intended to be more wooly (3 meshs in total: 1vanilla, 1unused, 1loading screen). But since it doubles the vertex count I guess it was scrapped due to console limitations and only kept for the loadingscreens.
FAQ But isn't this in vanilla already? - no
Not compatible with other mods replacing highlandcow.nif
