Adds a lot more Emotion to Heimskrs famous speech dialogue.
Base game only uses surprised emotion mainly,
I added other emotions where appropriate and increased their strength accordingly.

Not compatible with mods that change DialogueWhiterunHeimskrPreachScene "Heimskr Repeating Preaching Scene" (None that I know of)
