This is a simple patch group to allow the use of eFPS - Exterior FPS Boost along with JPSteel2's Cities of the North. Users may choose ONE of two patches per city, or an all in one I will provide this week.
1. Exterior FPS Boost Removed for COTN Patch - ESL
If your computer can handle the cities with no FPS hit, and you're running low on plugins, use this patch. It will remove the planes and object flicker problem.
2. Exterior FPS Boost for COTN - ESP (Recommended)
If you're a more frugal modder, pick the FPS Boost patch ESPs, as they will improve performance in the areas.

September 18 2021 - I will have completed boosts for COTN - Winterhold and Morthal, as well as an all-in-one ESP. Once JPSteel uploads his upcoming Falkreath mod I'll patch Falkreath as well.
The eFPS team has a great idea for building a smoother city exploration experience, particularly in areas with a lot of clutter, which can be excessive if using additional mods (ie, WOT or JK). The Cities of the North series are an excellent breath of fresh air for the minor holds, and I've invested a lot of time getting them to work with my stable 1200 mod load order. If requests are made to incorporate additional mod patches for COTN & eFPS I'll take them into consideration.
