Thank you very much for this mod! I was wondering if you'd want to make a patch for this latest mod, which adds new higher poly models for Solstheim furniture, including the staff enchanter. It's not the same as your optional file, but it does look good (especially the thicker ropes).
Cheers and thanks again for all the particle lights <3
+1 i agree it would be awesome if you can do this. Edit: no longer needed the author of Solstheim Objects SMIMed - High Poly Dark Elf Furniture added enb particle lights in the newest update
Hello. I've already asked this on Rudy's page, but my message disappeared from there like a fart in the wind, so I'm asking here. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that ENB is a very big visual thing for someone, but not for me. That's why I want to ask: Can I use these "Lights for ENB" series without other ENB visual effects? Can all those settings be turned off except for the function your mod uses? What settings does your mod need? Thanx.
haha hello :) Well; to be honest I never tested that. But if you want to try it... then check this from the mod's description:
Be sure that you have this settings in enbseries.ini file: [EFFECT] EnableComplexParticleLights=true
[COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS] EnableBigRange=true
Those are the important settings to get the effect. So... you could just go and turn off everything except for those and see if it works xD Good luck! ^^
Well thank you. If I didn't have the answer, I wanted to try this solution. "you could just go and turn off everything except for those" - can i just delete from enbseries.ini everything except these functions? I need this for the lighting to work, right? Skyrim particle patch for ENB
That patch is needed to fix some visual glitches you will get when using an ENB Preset. But... I guess it’s more important when you use all of the ENB features.
In this case... if you disable most features in enbseries.ini... maybe that would make the patch not so important. Btw in the same “[EFFECT]” section at the top, where you enable particle lights... there’s where you need to disable the rest of the ENB effects... Of course you don’t need to edit every single value or setting if you just disable the effects in that section. And well... I just know that it works in that way but I never tested it myself :P
Thanks for the help. I'll try it as soon as I complete my new mod list. I hope I don't end up like last time - 4 months of preparation, sacrifice, practice of blood magic and CTD after an hour because one mod (Fixed Dragon Stalking Fix)- uber fail
Thanks!! And not really... but in vanilla (using another “technique”) the alchemy lab emits green light that affects its surroundings (you can see it when a character starts using it... at least in my game I can see it; correct me if I’m wrong! xD). And the arcane enchanter has candles that work in a similar way I think. Anyways... the problem with this one is that people use many different models with different types of candles... and I would need to get permission from many different authors to make patches lol

"Less Crappy (High Poly) Dark Elf Furniture"
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/51844
(for now this patch is under the comments' section of that mod)
Go check it out!
Do any of these lovely particle mods benefit vanilla skyrim at all?
ENB means "Enhanced Natural Beauty".
If you google "Skyrim SE ENB" the first result will lead you to the official website created by Boris Vorontsov.
I suggest you try some of the most popular ENB presets here on nexus. There you will find all the instructions to install it.
It's not so straight forward but it's worth since you will get a lot of enhanced graphical features.
E. g.
Rudy ENB SE for Obsidian Weathers - LUX - ELFX
Rudy ENB SE for Cathedral Weathers
Silent Horizons ENB
PI-CHO ENB ( Based on Silent Horizons)
Cheers and thanks again for all the particle lights <3

I hope your PC arrives perfectly fine :D
Yeah no problem!
Use this one:
coc dlc2telmithryn
...and then you will need to click on a circular door and use the command: unlock
So you can easily enter the room where the enchanter is xD
Congrats on the hot files, well deserved !!
Actually, they should make a SMEXY files edition, you'd win of course
I will continue to enjoy stuff you create if you don't mind. . .
Cheers

I just noticed about the hot files! Haha
Well, that’s great. Now more people will have pretty staff enchanters! :3
