Whiterun Expantion RedoneSEE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32195) is a great mod, but there are obvious problems with NavMesh.
This mod is fix it.

WhiterunExpansionRedone is a great mod, but the nav mesh was a mess.
This mod completely fixes the nav mesh in WhiterunExpansion.
It does not fix anything other than the nav mesh.
Due to the fix, some vanilla navmeshes are placed in completely different places than they should be. This may cause errors when combined with other mods.
