Do I replace the original mod with this or do I have them run alongside each other?

Heh someone actually bothered to fix this mess, Haven't had any issues myself and my load order is a mess. Works great.
Now i only have to wait for someone to make a patch that work with Capital Whiterun Expension and i'm happy.

"This mod fixes it... sort of.
This is the first time I've ever edited a mod, so I'm not sure it's working..."

this doesn't inspire confidence for someone to use your mod, sorry

Maybe it's the Japanese way of using words.
But I really don't have confidence in it, or I don't know if I did it right...
If I include study time, I can see Navmesh hallucinations (I still see them!) I've spent a lot of time on this mod, but I've hardly played it...

      P.S
What is certain is that the chances of a fatal problem occurring because of the introduction of this mod are about the same as with the original mod.
The biggest problem that could occur with the modifications of this mod would be Nazeem going missing, but so far we have not seen such a problem.

I wouldn't worry about your English, you did perfectly fine in explaining yourself; some people just feel a need to criticize other people for any reason, or any reason they perceive as real. Honestly, if it's your first mod, you expressing some nervousness in whether you "got it right" the first time is perfectly natural, it's called being human.

don't be judging people, no one is criticizing.
      the author explained himself.
if he isn't certain the mod works correctly, people will be hesitant to install it into their game.
      enough said.

"if he isn't certain the mod works correctly, people will be hesitant to install it into their game."

It's OK to be uncertain. It's OK to be honest about uncertain. It's OK to be hesitant. I keep entire backups of my game and documents so I am not hesitant to try any mod that passes a security scan. If it fails I just delete the game and documents then drag and drop my backup like nothing happened. In some of my mods I tell people about uncertainty and even warn them to be hesitant. Can you explain what the issue is?

no issue, I never installed this mod. the author explained that perhaps it's a language miscommunication. people love to jump on others while claiming to be defending someone.

It is basically impossible to run Skyrim 100% without issues. You can install every fix we know and still have a creature float away or a dish wiggle on a table. Every game will have some navmesh issues. I will use some mods with small navmesh issues if they have little effect on my experience. Much of this is because I do not use followers or have many enemies. I am happy to see this improvement. There is nothing fun about fixing navmesh. Thank you for sharing.

obviously it is, since we modding (heavily or not) the game.
even the vanilla game (without a single mod installed) has tones of bugs.

Hey Thanks for the try.   checked it out in Xedit and you also have Skyrim Project Optimization - No Homes - Full ESL Version.esm as a master.  I just cleaned masters in xedit to get rid of it as a master, easy peasy.   The main problem for me would be the 19 deleted navmesh.  As you may or may not know, deleted navmesh can create issues and it is recommended to avoid mods with them.  I appreciate what you where trying to do, and the effort involved

I didn't even realize that was a feature.
It's definitely throwing up an error log, so I'll be sure to check it out in the future.
      Thank you.
