After downloading the preset, use your mod manager to install and activate it. Login to the game and select the Breton female race, then click on the "presets" tab, tap F9 or click on "load preset". It will automatically pull up all presets installed. Then select the this preset! Next click on the "sculpt" tab and tap F9 or "import" and import her head. The character should look like she does in the screenshots.
