This mod adds a small fantasy style cottage with an Apothecary Vendor out side of Riverwood.
Update : 7/24/20 New Main Files with Alternate Location added.
 I've added optional location main files for both the Original Cottage and the V2 with no vendor. These alternatives put the cottage North East of RiverWood, Closer to WhiteRun, Below Bleak Falls Barrow. This was the best option I could find. It is nearly impossible to find a location near Riverwood that hasn't been claimed by another house mod. As much as I would like to make everyone happy , I can't. So, this will be the only alternate location done. I will not make another. It does of course look a bit different as far as decor on the outside of the cottage. Though I did try to keep it as close to the original as possible. I hope this at least makes some of you guys happy! Enjoy!

These alternate files need to be above your house mod that is located where the original cottage was. there may be navmesh changes that keep your followers from entering or behaving properly. Your house mod should overwrite anything I did to that area. 

If you are replacing an older version of the cottage with the alternate location, need to disable the old version and download the new main alternate location file as if it was a new mod. Merging doesn't work with this. 

Update - New version of this mod without the vendor is available. The house and everything in it is now player owned and you should receive the well rested bonus when using the main bed. Download this version or the main file. Not both.

This Is a fantasy style cottage I had made for myself and decided to share with you guys. Being only my second Mod I am hoping everything is functioning. Please let me know if it's not.

Sindora is an Herbalist that lives in a small cottage all by herself just southwest of Riverwood. She spends most of her time gardening and selling potions and ingredients to patrons that are traveling along the road. She has a ton of harvestable containers inside her cottage shop. She has so much she doesn't mind giving away samples.

Sindora has an alchemy bench she will let you use and also a cooking spit if your hungry. She also will allow you to store some things in a safe storage container up in the loft area. 

There is also a cellar door near the apothecary bench. Down there you will find a bed for you to sleep in and another safe storage container. There is also an enchanting table if you require use of one. There is some potions that will respawn on the bookshelf near by.  Seems as though Sindora is into more than just her herbs. 

Outside you will find all sorts of mushrooms, flowers , wheat and herbs for the taking. A beautiful bench around the tree to sit, relax and enjoy the butterflies and the fireflies.  There is also a shrine to obtain a blessing from Kynareth. The Mother of the elements plays an important role in the success of Sindora's herbs. You will see her praying there in the evenings. 

Sindora is friendly and doesn't mind you coming and going anytime day or night. She also doesn't seem to care when you wake her up to barter. She will sell to you all the time. 

I hope you like this mod. I find myself going to riverwood often but there is no apothecary in town so I made this to remedy that. Let me know what you think and if you like it give me an endore. Thanks, and Enjoy!
