Hello, Doesn't seem to work properly with Nether's follower framework. As it gives me the impression of reinstalling all my mods for each game, my companions end up naked, and I'm forced to constantly re-dress them with the equipment registered by NFF.
I used to have this mod as a staple in my load order. Lately though I'm seeing evidence that this mod can interfere with other scripts that might be running at the same time as this.
E.g., mcm kicker starts, I activate an animal corpse and Hunterborn asks if Hunterborn should initialize, I select yes... then after Hunterborn is ready, clicking on an animal corpse causes gamepad control to mostly not work anymore. (Weird error I know but mods conflicting can cause all kinds of weird behavior.)
afaik, the mcm kicker mod just runs the console command "setstage ski_configmanagerinstance 1" after loading a save. There isn't a need for that console command to be run that frequently.
regarding not seeing MCMs listed after mcm kicker runs, or after the mentioned console command runs, there is a hardcoded limit of 128 MCMs. So if you have more than 128 mods that have MCMs, there will always be MCMs missing.
the solution is to use a mod that allows for more than 128 MCMs. on nexus there is "Menu Maid 2". on LL there is "SkyUI Resort".
Does anyone know if this helps with the error I am getting: 'Error Loading config - Click to view' I click to view & it says this: 'Unknown Error; check JSON syntax' Anyone know about this?
Please Help! I have seen this Error also. Someone please explain What JSON syntax Is Please? And what to do/correct/fix this problem, other that uninstalling the mod.
I've been having this issue also. I've scoured the net and still can't find any solid solutions. All roads led here, but to no avail. If anybody figured this out... please...
Hello, I tried using this mod to have the buxom wench Yuriana MCM show but, it still doesn't. I was told that the Yuriana mod conflicts with the SDA mod so, I removed the latter and still no MCM for Yuriana. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx
hey, i asked in number of places for "fix". But even with this mod i cant get MCM mods showing in mod config menu. To be clear i tried in new game, and mod config is opening no problem. But i need it to work in my ongoing save because in that save i am trying to set up Voiced Player mod, and cant do that because it does not show any settings there. Any suggestions and what other things i could try ????
I had a similar, if not the same, issue. For me, for example, RDO doesn't come with an MCM, so I got a mod that added it. Loot sorted RDO AFTER the MCM add on, so this mod detected it, but wouldn't display it. Once I put them in the correct order, they showed up in the MCM List properly. Sorry if you got your issue figured out already, or if this was completely irrelevant.
please don't use loot to sort your load order, it makes many errors like this and thus can break things you might not even notice, or completely overwrite changes in mods you installed due to load order errors. manually make your load order by checking mods in xedit! here's a really good resource for learning xedit.
Worst hack advice ever "please don't use loot to sort your load order" ! GamerPoets, Skyking ..... beyond etc.... are all wrong? Just because you have a good working knowledge of xedit doesn't mean everybody else does (no, it's not easy or intuitive). Please READ the MODs description instructions and recommended special LO, use LOOT as base load order and then tweak it based on special LO requirements. To hand sort 150 mods (average) is just a massive waste of time. (and NO ... LOOT isn't perfect but it's a start, just tweak it afterwards)
This mod works for me! However I don't understand wether I should uninstall it after it served it purpose, because it seems to "kick" every time I load a save and sometimes I've saved either before or during combat and I might be forced to reload before it's done "kicking". Can it cause issues if I don't let et finish?
