Added Mysticism spells to Vhzzz's Custom Favorites Menu VR cfg.

Vhzzz did great work to make Custom Favorites Menu usable in VR but the spells in his config were based on Apocalypse. I simply updated his VR cfg to support Mysticism. The cfg is based on Minimal 1.0c version.
How I added new spells:
I leveled up all magic skills to 100 and bought all available spell books from mages in College of Winterhold. Then, I updated the cfg file when I found spells that were not properly categorized.
There can be missing spells if they were not available from spell book vendors. If you find any missing spells, please let me know. I will update the config file as soon as possible.
