im quite confused. The gate exists, though doesnt have a door, if its supposed to. there are alik'r spawning from the gate. i can spawn in the priestess but cant talk to her. ive tried this both on a new playthrough and mid-playthrough, no difference. i can go past the gate into what assumedly would be out of bounds, but after a bit of forest it dissolves into snowy nothingness. I have tried what a commenter further down had work which was using an older version and unfortunately that didnt for me.
definitive fix so far: setstage arnimamainquest0 0. it bypasses the priestess and bodyguard not appearing, and points you straight to the (handsomely-voiced) merchant to take you to the dlc
When I download this mod, my game won't start. It goes to the main menu screen but then immediately stops. All other mods work fine, except this one it seems.
I finished my second playthrough after a year later. This time finished all side quests and locations and man it was amazing. Story, writing, atmosphere... One of the best dark fantasy stories i've ever seen. And you do really love Berserk, don't you? :p
Great work! Really love the highlighted paths, makes it much easier for people to navigate. Was a very common issue for most I measured. Seeing so much support for my mod recently has driven me back into working on it. I really do want to finish up everything this year.
good luck with updates. I mapped a lot of skyrim worldspaces and must admit, never dealt with such a complex yet natural looking terrain, it was a pain and pleasure both. huge respect for your work here.

I've been bogged down in my other projects but I don't want to waste the effort of many people who helped throughout the last couple years. So yeah I'm still working on it.
Nothing works of this mod, priestess wont show and the boarder gate is useless. The mod is activated and installed with vortex, no conflicts what so ever. Disabled other mods to make really sure there are no conflicts, removed and reinstalled, tried a fresh new save but the content of this mod wont show up. Seems to be broken, made a research on google and found people with similiar problems on Steamforums, reddit and even on a site from germany called elderscrollsportal.de, some could use console commands to fix their issues with getting to the content of this mod and there are few people like me who couldnt make this mod work. Author or somebody who feel responsible should take alook at that.
The mod works just fine. I have it installed on two different copies of Skyrim - Steam and GoG. Aside from some issues that were my own load order errors it actually works better now than it did a couple of years ago.
If the Priestess isn't showing up, then you either updated the mod mid-playthrough or have leftover scripts from a previous version present in your Scripts folder. This is clearly outlined in the Description...
Same problem with me too, did a fresh install of Skyrim, installed this and a few armour mods and can't even start the mod because the priestess won't spawn
Same problem. I quite literally NEVER had this happen with a quest mod. Tested in three different new games, all with different races, and the NPCs just wont spawn no matter which city I visit. Theres either something wrong in the scripts or the requirements for the quest to start are wrong. I have yet to try the console commands but I am still baffled this is happening. Someone should make a fix, considering that this seems to be actually one of the best quest mods around.
Okay, so after struggling and trying everything imaginable to make the questline start (seriously, I tried every city, waiting multiple days, new games, spawning the two NPCs on me, resetting quest stage, using less mods, etc etc), I finally figured out. I downloaded the previous version of this mod, 4.51. Replaced the latest version with that one and FINALLY, SUCCESS! I started a new game > set my level to 6 > Alternate Started to the house in Riften > coc to whiterunexterior01 > entered Whiterun through main gate > couldnt believe my eyes when the Priestess and Oliver spawned and started dialogue with me. Then I got the quest to find a merchant and stopped there cuz I had to turn off the game. But before that I also tried on my other save that had the most recent version of this mod, and using console commands I was also finally able to make this find merchant quest start as well (though I couldnt get the initial dialogue to work), but I wont test further on that save since it had the latest version of the mod baked in. I legit thought the problem could have been my 1700 plugins load order, but gladly turns out that its something else in the most recent version. Later I will go back and test this mod further, make sure it keeps working well since I want to have it in my actual playthrough I`m setting up. So yeah, anyone with the same problem, just try the previous versions of the mod.
You might have to isolate your issue more by using More Informative Console to examine the plugins involved. Then explore the plugin in xEdit (SSEedit) to see if there are texture sets impacting the model in game.

After figuring out which mesh/model is used (again using More Informative Console) you can explore the mesh in NifSkope to see what texture paths are being used.
More than likely you have a mod incompatibility in your mod list which hasn't been identified and/or patched yet.
im stuck with trying to kill the Entity of Nir on the Gestalt quest. No matter how many times i attack the arteries and the entity, the quest wont finish. the arteries reset. the entity sometimes takes critical damage but never gets defeated ffs
