I use Silent Horizons ENB with a Witcher 3 ReShade called PATHOS ReShade along with Cathedral Weathers. Check the sticky for info on the ReShade. A really good alternative to the ReShade is simply using the Faded preset from the Silent Horizons ENB GUI.
