I noticed that the 2 main chars repeat their spoken lines twice. I'm not sure what's causing this, but it doesn't really effect game play at all. I will correct this with an update as soon as I figure out how to fix this issue.
a bit too obvious story, especially in begin, clearly intended but not my fav type of obviousness, still very enjoyable, even if it would be great to have the option to not

fall into the "traps" of all the NPCs of the story
It reminded me of a certain Afuaru of another game... :P BDO Very well done, nice questing around, also the little dungeons well made, no bugs, nice!
This mod is great. Especially Gunnar's dungeon. That's a great dungeon design and amazing world building inside of the dungeon. Super grateful for the mod that tweaks this just a bit, especially allowing us to kill a certain NPC. Insane to think this mod didn't get popular enough that I just finished it for the first time in 2023. Only critique is the insanely slow delivery of lines by a couple of the characters.
It would be a great mod if it weren't for the terrible topic of pedophilia. Too many horror with children have become, there is no need to propagate this. Good thing they made a patch.
Appears to be a interesting and original mod. I found it by chance and I can't even recall how. I would like to recommend A Few Minor Tweaks to Merte's The McMiller Chronicles SE to anyone looking to give this a try, even for the first time. Just be to read and understand what the tweaks accomplish. This mod deserves more attention and I'm pretty certain the lack of tags is the culprit, so I made suggestions...will endorse when able to.
I liked the plot and while its not a very long quest mod, it packs a lot of carefully thought-out detail into it. Quality counts more than quantity for me.
If I had one issue, it was McMillan's voice. I know voice acting is tough, but I'm British and live right next to the Scottish border. I have Scottish relatives and have spent much time in Scotland... the accent is nothing like any Scottish accent I've ever heard. Even the dialect is wrong.
For people not familiar with Scottish accents, they won't think twice about that, though and it's only a minor irritation in an otherwise well made and entertaining quest mod, so don't let that put you off.
Thanks a lot for this little gem. I'd recommend it with no hesitation.
i guess this is why in most cases in games they more often find ppl who can speak clearly and are easy to understand which is why assassins creed unity was all British accents when it was supposed to be french or something.
I'm not even a native English speaker and the way his voice painfully drags and grinds through every sentence in the video really got my bowels twisted. It's obvious he's overthinking the accent and wayyy overacting the role. But I'll still give this mod a try because it looks promising.

Can you make patch for those mods:
Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul SE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
BeastHHBB - Khajiit and Argonian content - player character and NPC replacer at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
The New Winking Skeever at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
Needs a patch for Palaces And Castle's Enhanced for the Blue Palace
It ran perfectly for me, with no bugs or issues.
