Blank Staff Recipes
This mod adds recipes to make the Unenchanted / Blank Staves that you can then enchant on the Staff Enchanter (Dragonborn DLC)
Each recipe requires 3 Firewood
You must also have the first perk in the Enchanting skill
Use the Staff Enchanter to make your Blanks
I thought of requiring a smithing perk but that didn't make sense for an item used mainly by mages
