You find a doll that was stolen from Jebbalon as a child. Now he wants you to destroy it .... On the enchanting table that is.

Adds a unique weapon with an enchantment worthy enough to destroy the rare item for.
Along the area of a Watchtower near Whiterun you'll be involved with a dragon. Before reporting back on your success, take time to search any corpse you find. Most will be brave warriors who perished while aiding you in the battle. One however, may have been a witch carrying a most unique long lost and valuable item.
Take the powerful item from her burnt corpse and then kick the corpse, hard, for me! She stole that when I was quite young! You have no idea the anguish I've suffered without it, son of a witch!
The item happens to be a simple doll that was mine a lifetime ago. Yes I'm a dude, you got a problem with that!? She was a treasured friend from a difficult time. And I want you to destroy it!
On the enchanting table that is. That's right, that little doll is not a good weapon although it will kill a small animal quickly it's wholly ineffective on anything larger. The magic it holds however, can be used to enchant a small weapon like a dagger and do great damage in the hands of someone like you!

After getting the Dragon Stone for Farengar, head out the the western watchtower and kill the dragon Mirmulnir. During or after the battle look around for a burnt witch corpse and loot the Dolly off her ( then kick body! )
Use it for some fun until you can get to an enchanting table. Disenchant the doll to learn the enchantment.Then pick a dagger to enchant and benefit. can only be placed on daggers. - currently don't know how to restrict to only daggers so any weapon will take it, daggers recommended.
The Burnt Witch will ONLY appear for the duration of that dragon quest. If you have past that time in your game then suck it up! Or read the following -- REAL SPOILER --

It's in game reference is enabled when the dragon attacks the watchtower and is disabled after you return to whiterun. If you have progressed past that event then you can use console to spawn one if you wish....
