I have been using Useful Magical Staves It has some unique features. I'm not sure about adding any spell to any staff though. Maybe mods that overhaul enchanting?
No worries mate, the biggest issue with the Nexus is how hard it is to find similar mods if they don't have similar names While building my ideal Skyrim, one mod at a time, I try to leave comments like these to help others doing the same There is always a place for "essentialist" mods for those who don't want them bundled
Definitely a good idea, that said I think having Firewood is too easy. Maybe like a basic level of knowledge (Like LVL25) in the school the staff is for, or an enchanting skill level or something.
Yeah, it also requires the first Enchanting perk. They don't do anything until you get Heart Stones and Enchant them fully so I didn't want to make it too difficult. This is just alternative to buying them from Telvanni.

Can use Honed Metal to ask smithies to craft staves and pay for them.

I created a mod that I wanted in my game - I did not see it on the Nexus when searching for 'Staves'. So I uploaded to share it.

Yes, options are a good thing.
