The SPID files of the original mods distribute some spells to NPCs already. If you want to distribute other spells,you need a mod that distributes those spells to NPCs or do it yourselves using SPID.
Patches for all of Darenii's spell mods are included

I will take requests. But the bigger the spell mod is, the more time it would take. Also the spell mod should add spells to NPCs or there should be other mods which add said spells to NPCs Otherwise there is no point in adding keywords to spells. Remember that!
