UBE Preset inspired by High Inquisitor Whitemane from world of warcraft.
I used the heros of the storm model as a guide since i felt it looked better and had more detail.
Didn't find any eye paint close enough but UBE has a lot of warpaints.

i did a generic patch/conversion for it but it isn't good enough to upload
