To be honest, I have some unaccountable passion for Dawnstar.I love its location,its name,and the environment around.However,community seems to treat Dawnstar so cold as Dawnstar is.The Great City gives Dawnstar a great wall,leaving vanilla interiors and outlooks of houses.Cotn Dawnstar is so beautiful to be a small village but is still not compatible with Dawnstar's status as a captial of a hold and an excellent port.Then I found The Pale Captial,it is so great but there's no patch anywhere.I feel so sad for this because it provide a great Dawnstar and a quest-expanded Dawnstar.So, I combine them together using my patch.

My load order:
JKs Skyrim
The Great City of Dawnstar;
City of Dawnstar;
COTN - Dawnstar;
COTN - Dawnstar（-JK Skyrim）TGC Dawnstar Patch;
（Lots of COTN Dawnstar Patches）
CTC - JK Patch;
COTN - TGC - COD United Patch;
CTC - CFTO Patch;
...
CTC - Wares Patch;

If you don't use JKs Skyrim,use COTN - TGC Patch instead of COTN- JK-TGC Patch and you may need delete all new records the patch have in worldspace?I have
never tested that.Or you can delete all JK's records in COTN - JK-TGC patch and clean master so that you can use it?Not sure any way.Some patches are made for JK's version.

I have clean the main file master so it doesn't require JK and CC any more.Sorry.

Low FPS is normal.As the Pale Capital causes this problem in bad computer.
ONE THING MUST TO BE CLEAR:You can use it anywhere just noticing this is made by me.This is part of my cities and towns combo collection,which is still not uploaded anywhere.As for my Solitude combo,I will update it, it is still not good.
