Add 15 Battle Scythe that are available.

I made it to use the ADXP I MCO ER Mixed Scythe (SCAR) animation mode.
Use this mode or add that condition to the desired DAR motion.

1. It is treated as a battleAxe without such animation mode.
2. Only the meshes file is included, so follow the vanilla weapon texture.
