It's just a Racemenu preset, NOT a REPLACER.

You also need Skin Feature Overlays SE - Freckles Scars Birthmarks Stretch Marks Moles and More for Face and Body RaceMenu Overlays and ixum's tattoo (NFSW) and Extended Makeup and Features
The hairstyle is from KS Hairdos SSE
The eyepatch is from Odin Eyepatch and the piercing are from Satisfactory Facial Piercings
