Does anyone know how to completely remove random aggro thieves in cities and towns, i am not talking about Riften specific thieves, i know a mod that edits "23FB4" FormID labeled "WIThiefChance" in xEdit, i am talking about "23FB1" FormID labeled as "WIChangeLocationThiefNode" which controls overall behavior for thieves spawning due to lockpicking world interaction event, that once in a while kicks in...that one acts independently from "Thief Chance" script aimed to deal with very specific localised thief event and doesn't completely disable Thief attacks entirely. Riften is not the only city, where random thieves are spawning from time to time, when Thieves Guild influnce is maxed out (after performing specific set of radiant jobs in each hold separately) random thieves will spawn in each of the five major hold cities - Markath, Riften, Solitude, Whiterun and Windhelm occassionally putting the entire city on notice and turning the entire city to chaotic battleground briefly (But sometimes enough to kill off some key NPC in a midst of all the chaos, that unfolded). Manipulating 23FB4 FormID does nothing to affect their overall spawn rates, it only aimed to deal with Riften thieves specifically, which is separate event, that is triggered independently from the "Lockpicking Thief" one...
There's a problem. This mod overwrites the mod "Thieves Guild For Good Guys Taking Care of Business Redux". At the very beginning, if you choose the dialog with Brynjolf not to turn in the prison Brand-Shei (put a note in the pocket of the elf), - the note does not appear. It is not possible to surrender the quest. I realized it too late. This mod is better to put after passing at least the very first quest (further did not check).
I absolutely LOVE this mod because I get to take care of the "strength" of the guild before I go after Mercer and uncover the truth. However, I seem to be coming across an issue which is making me scratch my scalp. Saying that, I will inform that both thieves guild requirements and localized guild jobs are actively used. The issue in question is that when I complete a single job for Delvin, he gives me all four city of influence quests and I only did one job in markarth. Any help I can get from my fellow thieves would be wonderful.
Somehow I can't start the quest Scoundrel's Folly. I already did over 20 jobs and even removed the requirements for that quest, but there's still nothing. Anyone had the same problem? I use Thieves Guild Redone (supposed to only change the interior) and Localized TG Jobs too.
Edit: ah, turns out you get that quest from Maven, I had no idea.
How did I ever miss this mod until now? Sounds like really good features and finally I can enter Riften for the first time without being chaste around the market by Brynjolf haha. Looking forward to try it but one question , I assume since you did not mention it this mod is not compatible with Thives guild for good guys? Thank you for this mod!

As for The Dark Brotherhood, I suggest you try using Innocence Lost - Quest Expansion and Destroy The Dark Brotherhood - Quest Expansion.
